COMPOSITION: 100% Malbec.
ALTITUDE: 750 masl.
CULTURE: Vineyard on high trellis and pruned in pythoned cord.
HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 15 Kg.
FERMENTATION: With deburring (overflow) prior to fermentation and inoculation of selected ferments at a temperature of 15 to 18ºC for 15 days.
WINEMAKER: Oscar Zalazar.
VIEW: Salmon red, light, very sensual.
NOSE: Elegant, stunning aromas of rosehip and strawberry stand out.
MOUTH: Of great harmony, silky texture with a fresh, fruity and persistent finish.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 08 to 10ºC.
Excellent for aperitif use, before eating and as a festive wine and in cocktails. Ideal for sushi and Peruvian fusion foods.
