COMPOSITION: Tocai, Torrontés and Chardonnay.
ALTITUDE: 750 masl.
CULTURE: Vineyard on high trellis and pruned in pythoned cord.
HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 15 Kg.
FERMENTATION: Blank fermentation, with previous overflow and aggregates of selected ferments at a temperature between 15 and 18ºC for 14 days.
WINEMAKER: Oscar Zalazar.
VIEW: Bright with greenish hues with elegance in the glass.
NOSE: Delicate balance between floral and citrus.
MOUTH: Acidity marked with citrus character and very long in the mouth.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10ºC.
Ideal to accompany oriental meals based on seafood, fish and white meat of low fat content.
