Reserve Red Blend 2015
COMPOSITION: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Malbec.
ALTITUDE: 750 masl.
VINEYARDS: Vineyard in high trellis and pruning in pitoneado cord.
HARVEST: Manual in plastic boxes of 15 Kg.
FERMENTATION: Traditional with native ferments from the vineyard at a temperature of 23 and 30 ºC and a maceration of 15 days.
AGING: For 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
WINEMAKER: Oscar Zalazar.
VIEW: Intense violet red with black tones.
NOSE: Intense, evokes fresh fruits supported by the registration of oak wood notes.
MOUTH: Of great attack, tannins with a pleasant roughness and balanced acidity.
An assembly to taste with snacks, empanadas, meals that can take to the festive, in moments of relaxation and talks with friends.
