COMPOSITION: 100% Malbec.

ALTITUDE: 750 masl.
CULTURE: Vineyard on high trellis and pruned in pythoned cord.
IRRIGATION: Drip.
HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 15 Kg.
FERMENTATION: Traditional with native ferments from the vineyard at a temperature of 23 to 30ºC and a maceration of 15 days.
AGING: For 12 months in american and french oak barrels.
WINEMAKER: Oscar Zalazar.

VIEW: Deep red with a well-marked cup center, which prevents the passage of light.
NOSE: Very good varietal typicity with a mixture of fresh red fruits (plums, blackberries) and oak notes reminiscent of the passage through the wood.
MOUTH: Round, velvety sweet tannins with twisted notes of oak, with a balanced and long finish.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16ºC

Ideal to accompany grilled meats of all kinds, smoked, rice and pasta with good seasoning sauce. An authentic Malbec that can be combined with hams, salami and marinades.
