A Blend of Malbec grapes, from different lots with different soils. 80% was reserved in French barrels and 20% in medium-roasted American oak barrels. The passage through wood was thought to give longevity and not cover the fruit in the mouth. A complex wine, very expressive to enjoy a good moment of talk, reading or just a moment of tranquility.
Ideal to accompany red meats in general, stews, succulent sauces and excellent company for a cheese board.
